Formerly known as “OnDemand” by Global Knowledge, UPK software was originally developed for use with SAP R/3 before Oracle acquired the technology in 2008. With over 4 million users worldwide, Oracle UPK is now used to develop documentation or training content for any web browser or Windows-based application, including SAP, Oracle, CA and many others.
The latest version of UPK (v11) was released in Summer 2011. As a specialist Oracle Partner, the consultants from Floatdene Green were invited to take part of the beta-testing programme and contributed to the overall development process.
